Helping Hands Are Always Welcome!

Hundreds of helping hands are required each week to facilitate food distribution to those in need in Southern Winnebago County. We appreciate the generous gift of your time and talents.

You can reach the OACP at (920) 651-9960 or Email Us for volunteer opportunities or to set up a day for a group to volunteer.

Please mail the Volunteer Application (click here) and/or Group Volunteer Policy (click here) to the OACP, and we will contact you within 2 business days. OACP address: 2551 Jackson St., Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54901. We do require a background check for new volunteers. Volunteers interested in driving the truck must also submit their license for a driving record check. Click here for Volunteer Information.

  • Q. What Can My Group Do?
Groups are the cornerstone of our volunteer program. Hundreds of businesses, faith-based groups, social clubs, service organizations, schools and youth groups come together to make a difference in the fight against hunger by volunteering at OACP.

Whether you’re looking for a field trip for your students, a team-building opportunity for your co-workers or an active and meaningful way to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, we can accommodate your needs.

Groups should be scheduled at least a month in advance if you need a specific date.

During the school year, Monday nights and Saturdays fill up extremely fast. Please keep groups to a maximum of 10 workers per shift. Saturday groups are scheduled for a 2 hour period, during the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 1p.m.
