OACP is able to offer guests two visits each month and one emergency visit each calendar year.

OACP operates primarily on donations. Through partnerships with local and government agencies, as well as personal and corporate donors, OACP’s dedicated volunteers process millions of pounds of food each year.

OACP is proud to serve as the largest open-choice food pantry in Northeastern Wisconsin. Our open-choice model allows you to shop in a grocery store environment based on your household’s food needs.

Yes! OACP is directly on the Oshkosh City Bus Route (Bus Route #4) for those in need of public transportation. For more information on GO Transit routes and planning your trip to OACP visit the GO Transit website or download the GO Transit App.

Nope! Enrollment in other programs is not a requirement to receive food at OACP.
All guests are also encouraged to apply for Food Share within the first 90 days of shopping at OACP. Click HERE to learn more about FoodShare and to find out if you qualify.
